Information we collect

Application for support. When you submit an application on our Apply page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, your spouse’s name (if provided), where you are in the mission-call process, a description of your financial situation, how you heard about us, and, if you choose to provide it, the name and phone number of your local Church leader.

Donations. When you give through our Sponsor page, you’re redirected to Stripe, our payment processor, to complete the gift. We never see or store your card number or other payment details — that information is handled entirely by Stripe, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Everyone else. If you’re simply browsing the site, we do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers to follow you around the web.

How we use your information

Application information is used solely to evaluate your request for support and to contact you about it. When an application is submitted, a notification email containing those details is automatically sent to our staff through Resend, our transactional email provider, so someone can follow up promptly. You will also receive a brief confirmation email, sent through Resend, letting you know your application was received. We do not sell, rent, or share your application information with any other outside organization.

How your information is stored and protected

Application data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Our website is configured so that submitted applications can only be created, never read back, by a public visitor — only our authenticated staff can view or manage submitted applications, through a separate, password-protected admin system.

Your rights

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by contacting us using the information below. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date at the top.
